Grants are awarded to eligible non-profit organizations/agencies classified by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as an IRS section 501[©][3] tax-exempt status.
Priority is given to programs which:

Use creative approaches and encourage youth achievement and success.

Fill program funding gaps and unmet financial needs that benefit youth.

Promote demonstrable benefit for youth 0-18 years of age in educational, cultural and life skills.

Benefit disadvantaged youth.
-
Provide opportunities for youth that enhance career goals, life enrichment, and success.

Encourage matching gifts or additional funding sources.
